Clerical celibacy is the most INSANE concept known to man.
It attracts the WRONG kind to say the least.
Catholicism is in a huge decline. I know of many former Catholic churches closed and abandoned.
I was raised Catholic and as a four year old, remember some very strange encounters with clergy. One of which involved “close your eyes”. I did not close my eyes.
This is a homosexual issue, not a celibacy one; ask the Boy Scouts, rabbis, and ministers.
