The city of Chicago held an open meeting for persons curious about the ins and outs of opening and running a legal dispensary. Several hundred people showed up, but not a single one was a “person of color.” At least one black aldercritter threatened to block all pot facilities unless POCs were represented. So expect nonwhites to be courted and subsidized in the marijuana business, with the usual fraud and criminality to follow.
They are trying this BS in NJ. I predict a very bad reckoning in society as America becomes weeded up.
