Illinois has signs at its borders warning against bringing in untaxed cigarettes into the state. I can’t believe that the illegal sellers will just fold up their tents and disappear—especially if they can sell their untaxed weed at a lower price than the taxed weed.

Any info as to how things have worked out in Colorado and California?

Boy, from "open up opportunities" to "not disappear" from one post to the next ... you make John Kerry look steadfast and unwavering. Not to mention that nobody said a word about illegal sellers "disappearing".

Colorado's legal sales are doing very well.
