Yeah...
I can understand the elected official works for “US” and is open to investigation but it does seem strange that ‘we’ are unable to investigate those that would pretend to advance to the elected position.
Nice that they can word the ‘rules’ so it looks like a sitting President or whoever opens an investigation it seems like they are impeding and ‘picking’ on the candidate.
Right up there with pelosi’s ‘you can’t see it until it passes’ line....
