Wouldn't it be funny to see an infomercial by Ron Popeil selling a pull-string toy that blurts out stupid sentences, word salad phrases and creepy stories. The Gaff-o-Matic would be a replica doll of Quid-Pro-Quo-Joe himself, for only three easy payments of $19.95.
