Like, omit the level of education and previous jobs on my applications?

This is why RINOs want to open the borders to illegal aliens.

Maybe the bosses are blurting out something about giving them big raises.

Just a suggestion, as your current approach doesn't seem to be working.

“You lose credibility by going with the 11 million illegals farce.”

If I lose “credibility” for the number, then a whole lot of other people go down with me:

Pew Research – 10.5 to 11.5 million
Brookings Institute – 10.5 to 12 million
Department of Homeland Security – 11.5 million
Stastisa Research – 11 million
ProCon Research – 10.7 million
Center for Migration Studies – 10.8 million
My Work VISA – 11 million
Yale Insights Research – 11.3 million

You’ll notice I did not quote any news sources, just accounting sources. If you wish to do the math, the highest was 12 million and the lowest was 10.7. That makes the median 11.35 million.

Questioning credibility is a tact used by liberals not to disprove the facts, but to discredit the person providing them to make it appear the facts are wrong. If you take the time to look these facts up, you’ll find they are not my numbers and are those of established professional research groups. I gave you 8 of them. There are more.

I taught terrorist weapons and tactics for the military for over 12 years. We dealt with numbers to determine tactics and probabilities. The numbers made available to me were smaller but I retired 8 years ago. And all the numbers I provided to you are currently listed in the pertinent organization.

I would think I had a better idea on this than you might with my history. But I don’t know you enough about you to question your credibility. Maybe your tact, but not your integrity.

I’d suggest you open your mind to the propaganda around us. Those numbers are from the same false sourcing.

Perhaps your years of “training” have cut off your independent thought and research.

Here’s a beginning of a glimpsing toward the truth, which is likely around 40 million, maybe more:

“A short supply of workers, increased poaching and minimum-wage increases have helped those nearer to the bottom of the pay scale.”

Of course they would take the most nonsensical statement and put it in the headline.

The credit for a strong jobs market goes to solid economic growth, not “minimum wage increases”. As for “short supply of workers” and “increased poaching” - well, that’s what happens in a strong jobs market.

And, of course a strong jobs market helps those at the bottom the most! Obviously, those at the bottom are at the margin of working or not working!

I think this piece may have been written by Captain Obvious.

Except for the Yale Institute article, your other two entries were from a News blog, the hill which is owned by Capitol Hill Publishing Corp., a subsidiary of News Communications Inc. And the Washington Examiner is an online newspaper. They are not counting agencies and only work with polls that can be swayed as the media does all the time. This was why I stayed away from news sources.

Your other one, Yale, in their article admits the 11.3 million number is extrapolated from the Census Bureau’s annual American Community Survey, an actual count. But Yale to get their numbers uses a mathematical formula that is based on operational data, such as deportations and visa overstays, and demographic data, including death rates and immigration rates. It lacks a few losing and possibly gaining people counts. And they are not saying where they are getting these numbers from. So the only thing they admit to is the census bureau annual count at 11.3 million. Everything else is fuzzy math based upon guessing at where people are. Looks good in paper.

There is no such thing as a labor shortage, only a wage shortage.

Labor has been so beaten down over the decades I’d like to see wages double.

“Those census surveys are sure gonna come up with nearly an accurate/full count. Jeesh!”

At least they are trying to do an actual count and not a mathematical guess or an agenda driven estimation because themedia is not an organization designed to tally anything but what they want you to hear. At least the census counts something using actual numbers and not political needs. The census doesn’t care. They have no horse in the race and hasn’t anything to sell. You can’t say the same thing about blogs, newspapers, or miss-designed mathematical equations base upon history and not fact like the Yale effort that was probably done with a government grant.

Their community survey is just a survey. And no illegals are going to say, “yes, I’m an illegal!”

Then I guess there’s no way to tell how many are in here is there as it all comes down to who do you trust: Organizations that make money out of the number or those that don’t? And trusting the media is a proven lost cause. I’ll stay with counting groups rather than agenda based people.

“Are you a paid shill or do you just live under a rock?”

Snappy come back. I see you can’t say anything to prove or disprove your point, so you attack the messenger. Right out of the lib playbook.

As for you comment, yes, in a way, I was a paid shrill. I was a counter intelligence instructor (35L) for the DOD for 10 years in the field of weapons and tactics after I retired from active duty and they asked me back. I forgot more about the people you are addressing than you probably ever learned. My sources were superior to your news outlets, and I was up to date during the first 12 years of the 2000’s. And I still have friends in the field.

So as you have nothing to offer me besides childish insults, don’t waste my time. But if you do come across some facts, and not those by some journalist trying to get his paper sold, I’m always open to knowledgre that helps. Otherwise, please go peddle your tactics somewhere else. You don’t help me learn anything worthwhile. I already know how to insult people if I need to, and I don’t if I want to improve myself. Take the hint.
