This “man” was a disgrace on every level. From his songbird days, the Keating 5, and his miserable career in the Senate.

To top it off he tries to help frame Trump. what a life...

And don't forget his role in the early '90s, Senate POW/MIA hearings where and John Kerry did their best to make sure any evidence of US prisoners left behind in Vietnam was squashed.

That's when I formed my opinion of McCain and he reinforced it numerous time since.

. . and we must never forget his hallmark legislation, the McCain-Feingold Campaign Finance "Reform" Act.

That's the one GW Bush signed, expecting the Supreme Court would rule it unconstitutional--which they did, but only in part.

The parts that remain have caused untold misery for political activists of every stripe and gave rise to "independent expenditure" PACs where large donors could remain anonymous while ordinary Americans giving just a few dollars at a time get their names, occupations and amount given recorded for the public to see by the Federal Election Commission.

Yeah, sure, that has gone a long way toward cleaning up politics in this country.

How could the Republican Party have been so terribly misled by this supposed war hero as to make him their 2012 candidate for President?
