I see he’s calling out the Judiciary for not supporting it even thought it is right there in the Constitution plainly worded.

Roberts is a disaster. GW Bush appointed him as Chief Justice, and the Senate tally in his vote was 78-22. Clearly, Deep State Washington D.C. knew they had an ally.
