Several have posted that, but I don’t think he can. The constitution expects the citizens of a state to attend to their own problems and so far the citizens of Virginia have not.
Not to say that they will not. West of interstate 85 there are some pretty tough strong willed people who do not like being messed with.
What I meant was that Trump should be loudly proclaiming, from within the People’s State of Virginia:
“This is what Democrats do when they get power! America beware!”
