Roger Stone should get pardoned ASAP but let Manafort serve 1 more year for his tax evasion & then commute him after TRUMP's reelection

Say you commuted Manafort for time served for tax evasion, I'm pretty sure most people would be satisfied after he's served like 2 years for his tax evasion

Manafort, he was charged by the state of New York, some of which has been thrown out by an a appeals judge as double jeopardy. Flynn was charged with “lying to the FBI”.

amazing how Guardian tried to push a link between Wikileaks and Russia; they have now had to correct, but with language almost impossible to understand.

plus, the original, incorrect article with the incorrect headline is still the top result on google.

21 Dec: The review panel: Editorial complaints and corrections: Narvaez decision
The Article
3.The Article complained of was published online on 21 September 2018 and on 22 September 2018 in print with the headline:
“Revealed: Russia’s secret plan to help Julian Assange escape from UK.”...

c)The assertion that there was Russian involvement or a Russian link with As-sange was also a reasonable one to make. In particular, the appointment by Ecuador of Assange as an advisor to its Embassy in Russia, as well as the well documented links between WikiLeaks and Russia were evidence which supported this assertion...

28.The Panel therefore finds that the headline in both the print and online edition does not reflect what is said later in the Article which does not suggest that the plan was organised or instigated by Russia...

Flynn deserves a pardon for sure. Stone, not so much.

Fidel Narváez, then Ecuadorian consul in London, who filed the complaint with the Guardian, was just just on RT, saying he’s not happy with the corrections. pointed out Guardian writer, Luke Harding, also co-wrote the infamous:

28 Nov 2018: Guardian: Manafort held secret talks with Assange in Ecuadorian embassy, sources say
Luke Harding and Dan Collyns in Quito

10 Jan 2019: Le Monde Diplomatique: The Guardian’s fake scoop
by Serge Halimi; Translated by Charles Goulden
In a scoop on 27 November (2018), the Guardian revealed that Paul Manafort, chairman of Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, had met Assange in London three times: in 2013, 2015 and 2016.
The news was all the more sensational as in 2013 Trump had not yet declared his candidacy for US president. CNN, MSNBC and the New York Times licked their chops...

But had Manafort’s three meetings with Assange really taken place? At first glance, there could be no doubt: the Guardian is respected around the world (LOL), and leads in the denunciation of fake news. And the article presented the story as an unqualified fact...

Then doubt set in. People remembered that one of the article’s authors, Luke Harding, had a personal grievance against Assange...

The article’s original headline ‘Manafort held secret talks with Assange in Ecuadorian embassy’ was modified a few hours later with the addition of ‘sources say’, and the two men’s meeting became an ‘apparent meeting’...

note this is still on google:

Revealed: Russia’s secret plan to help Julian Assange escape from UK

but when you open it, there’s some change!

21 Sept 2018: Guardian: Revealed: The secret Christmas plan to transfer Assange from the UK to Russia
Stephanie Kirchgaessner, Dan Collyns and Luke Harding
https://www.theguardian.com/world/2018/sep/21/julian-assange-russia-ecuador-embassy-london-secret-escape-plan

It sure looks like corrupt FBI man Strzok conspired with corrupt FISC judge Contreras to railroad General Flynn.

Southern District of NY should be imprisoned for RICO criminal racketeering. They are the Enemy of the People.

Flynn was charged with “lying to the FBI”.

General Flynn should be charged with acting stupidly if there was such a charge. He met with the FBI with no attorney present (NSC staff attorney, his own attorney etc.).

Flynn got himself into this mess. Then hired Sidney Powell who apparently can't keep herself away from a television camera.

Flynn got himself into this mess. Then hired Sidney Powell who apparently can't keep herself away from a television camera.

First he hired some Washington establishment lawyers, whose firm had previously advised him on the FARA stuff, which he was being threatened with. So they negotiated a plea bargain that took away the FARA charge, of course.

So, conflict of interest. No matter what you think of Powell she's at least put the case against his guilty plea out there, and exonerated him in the eyes of the public, which is probably important to hi.

Because he was an FBI informant after his guity plea it seems unlikely that he's going to get the book thrown at him at this late date. He was a cooperating witness for more than a year, and I believe he helped them on some other cases.

I sure do hope so. President Trump we have your back and we are totally in favor of doing this and I assume it will be done right after the election.
