"I have posted this before, and I know it is a loooong shot, but perhaps the only recourse is for the White House and the Senate to appeal to the Supreme Court to dismiss the articles of impeachment, already passed by the House, as not withstanding Constitutional muster. There was no "high crime, treason, or bribery" by the President. Not one iota."

Very little.

However, with the full spotlight of the Constitution and the fate of the country on him, as well as the pressure from Thomas, Kavanaugh, Alito, and Gorsuch - it may be the best recourse.

If the court throws out impeachment, the media and the Democrats will howl - but the legitimacy of their charade will utterly collapse. And, they would be humiliated.
