But if you go 20 miles or so south of the Indiana border grits are on the menus.
I went to a grocery store in Waukesha, Wis. and asked for some country ham....
They said they didn’t carry that “brand”...
I said it’s not a brand , it’s the way it’s cured...
They looked at me like I was from outer space...
