(Democrats say the President is out of control. They mean the President of out of THEIR control.)
The impeachment is complete. You cannot bolt-on more after you’re done with your documents that were voted on. The additional info wasn’t part of what was voted for, which may have changed the outcome of the vote.
What’s done is done.
