"I cannot in good conscience support legislation that would authorize such actions by federal judges who are appointed by this federal administration," Cuomo's veto message stated, the New York Post reported. Petty TDS, with Cuomo trying to gussy up the veto with a non-sensical argument.
Cuomo is totally out of the mainstream on this issue, as evidenced by the almost unanimous support by Republicans and Democrats in the NYS Assembly and Senate.
Whatever - Cuomo is who New Yorkers elected.
