The House has deemed the existing witnesses and documents to be sufficient to justify an impeachment.
If the House no longer believes it has a sufficient case, it should vote to call off the impeachment.
We don’t want Trump-hating liars to show up at the last possible minute to “testify”.
Lord that guy is dumb. Pelosi’s partisan impeachment vote is a diminishing asset. She knows she holds a pathetically weak hand, and can only hope the courts eventually reverse years of precedent on executive privilege. She has made laughingstocks out of all who pretended they had to rush because every moment with Trump as President endangered the world. McConnell has no incentive whatsoever to negotiate for Trump’s lynching by throwing away Senate privileges he means to uphold.
The Speedy Trial Act says she has 30 days to file the indictment, which is what the Rats passed.
