The goal is easily achieved. Just shut off the power grid for the winter, close all gas stations and industry for 3 months a year, slaughter a fourth of the methane-producing cows that provide the backbone of the Netherlands’ economy — and voila, 25% reduction. If the Dutch people don’t like prehistoric life, well, they can elect a new government, assuming they survive the frozen depression, and can walk to the polls in the dark.
This will hurt too many “immigrants”.
They just need to start rounding up white people and putting them in camps with no heat or AC.
