This can work as an advantage. President Trump has great instincts. He has said more than once that he believes the Supreme Court should judge the articles against the wording of the Constitution’s impeachment clause. I believe he is dead on. Assemble the best names in the legal profession, those who have seasoned practice before the Court and make the case to the Court while all the Pelosi clowns are playing games. Watch, she will change her tune in a heartbeat once she realizes what is going on, but I would tell her “Too late,” the train has left for the Supreme Court.

"the Supreme Court should judge the articles against the wording of the Constitution’s impeachment clause."

The Supreme Court has already ruled that they have zero authority over the impeachment process as it is a "political" process. To me, this says that Trump could be impeached, then found guilty by the Senate and still legally refuse to leave the office and allow the political chips to fall wherever they may. In essence, since this is deemed "political" in nature, there are no legal ramifications. As a co-equal branch of government, the executive branch cannot be bullied by the judicial or legislative branch. The only legal way of removing a President from office is through the election process.
