They’ve made their bed of nails. Now they must stay on it, until the nails can be used for shutting their political coffins.
Coffins? Reminds me of coffers. Republican coffers are full. Spend spend spend on credible opponents for every single Democrat. Nobody runs unopposed, especially not the main culprits. Win or lose, they’ll know they’ve been in a fight.
