Sorry, but this has been a completely bipartisan plan and has been going on for 30 years through FOUR Presidents (three Presidents and one usurper). The Bush Plan for North Mexico (aka USA) has many proponents who wear R jerseys in both Houses of Congress.

I feel the Republican plan is different in that cheap labor and Union busting, for business oriented people, is more what the Republican's are interested in.
Repubs don't need the workers voting, just working for less money.- Tom
