Why can’t they get an international drivers license from their home countries?
Cuz maybe they’d have to go back there to do it?
They just shouldn’t be issued a normal State drivers license. It should have a special notation on it that the person is not a U.S. citizen & that the license can’t be used as proof of citizenship.
I guess the best thing out of giving them licenses, is that their fingerprints will be on record.
