This is Purposeful Defiance and the SC has to date FAILED to answer numerous Lower Court Defiance of previous SC Rulings.
Why? Is there a Political Component to this? Are certain members of the SC publicly stating one opinion while actually holding another opinion?
Thereby, in affect, supporting in fact that which they publicly rule against yet, refuse to in fact support?
In other words, is the SC playing us?

One would think (and I know I’m going out on a limb here) that the one place in the entire world it would make sense to send the U.S. Military would be to the boarder.
But I guess you can’t fix stupid.
How can this even be a question? The Commander-in-Chief deployed our military, while being careful not to violate posse comitatus. By definition, that is lawful.
