Question to a lawyer person on Free Republic that really knows Federal Law and the FISA court.

The FISA court today has well laid out the fraud that was committed against the court. Aside from laying out the offense what can this court legally do to address the fraud and correcting this offense against the innocents that were caught up in this fraud.

If you are not skilled lawyer most knowledgeable of Federal Law please do not comment.

ps
I am just a geologist, chemist and pharmacist. I think I do understand the constitution. I do not understand the legality of the FISA Courts. I think they are illegal. It most reminds me of the old courts of the USSR with their show trials combined with the extreme efficiency of the East German Stasi which was their FBI without restraint.

Some years ago when the FISA courts happened I debated with a friend of mine (also a hard core constitutionalist as I) and I expressed my fear that this court can be used for great good. I also expressed my fear that the potential for bad was far worse than its potential for good. We agreed and were right.

The FISA court must be disbanded. It is a danger to the Constitution.
