She’s just telling us what IS in the deal and what isn’t?
This is phase 1 and most of the other tariffs on Chinese goods are still in place. It was the ADDITIONAL tariffs that were POSTPONED. It could be that Trump knows that phase 1 is just the first quarter of a long game.
It is implied, “idiocy”, because I read the headline first. It says there’s nothing in it for the USA. If that’s the case, then anyone who would make such a trade deal could by implication Be assumed to be an idiot.
