My point is that John Durham is a U.S. Attorney. What they do is they indict people. When they don't indict people, after investigating them at length, they apparently file a short memo with their boss, explaining their decisions. These are generally never released to the public.
What he's not is a Special Counsel appointed to investigate a matter, like Mueller was.
As an example, we know that several people were referred to Jesica Lui, the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, especialy John McCabe. Apparently (because it's been a year now) she has decided not to charge him, or as some have reported perhaps she was over-ridden by Barr in her desire to prosecute him. (Barr just removed her, too).
What she didn't do is issue a report.
When you are a U.S. Attorney:
your indictments do your talking for you!
That's great when their are indictments, but when the matter investigated doesn't meet the threshold for prosecution mostly what we see and hear is:
NOTHING!
So that's what I expect from Durham, Indictments or Nothing. But No Report.
Of course I could be surprised, but so far every decision has broken for the most cynical view of what is possible.
Like Flynn getting access to exculpatory evidence or even getting his guilty plea set aside.
