There’s a new brand of hate being harbored these days, and it’s political.
These laws don’t seem to be serving anyone other than the Left.
Hate crime laws were mostly opposed by conservatives because of their suspect provenance and tendency toward selective definition and enforcement. Those concerns are too often proved valid.
