I do not know if that will be enough to convince the gopE to remove him. Because clearly Trump did not act on a pro-quid-quo, but I suspect it was discussed. And that is what bolton will testify to. But the Democrats don’t want to start any wars either, or finish any wars in the ways Bolton wants. Bolton doesn’t give a damn about democracy. He is an old-style kill-them-all-and-let-God-sort-them-out conservative. Trump is a lot closer to his position than the Democrats.
