Ever had your butt pinched? I have, twice, as an adult female...but I didn’t have the guys arrested. I knew it meant they liked me (and was their perverted way of showing it). Actually, I ignored them.
I do not know what this bit is about having someone arrested.
But having my butt pinched by a stranger is not pleasurable to me but you are evidently a better woman than me.
And yes I’ve had my butt pinched, plenty of times. Never enjoyed it but then I am a bad person.
I’m not sure about arresting.
For lo many years few, if any, men were arresting for pinching a strange woman’s butt. One could hope that the ignoring the behavior, even a few brave women very bad like me might give a yelp....one might hope that having social disdain heaped upon would eventually stop the behavior.
Evidently that didn’t work.
Maybe a few very public arrests would let those who don’t think a butt is a private part that don’t matter what he think....pinching a stranger’s butt is against the law.
But again you are a better person than me.
I consider it extremely rude and offensive. Jailed and put on a perpetual sexual offender’s list?
No.
Fined and ordered to pay damages? Yes.
The guy was a Youth Minister in some local church for goodness sakes! He certainly should lose that title.
