From how and what he spoke Van Drew, who also says he's Conservative, sounds like a man who knows his own mind on what he thinks is right or wrong and unafraid to be his own man....doesn't sound like he one who yields to pressure. It's pretty gutsy to say he won't vote for Impeachment in the political climate there is now.
