I hope you’re kidding! Believe it or not, upstate NY also had winter weather in December (probably still does HA!) and we all managed to survive!

Banning hoodies is a "solution" for people who don't have the balls to discuss the real reasons for crime.

No different from "chaperone rules" in malls for shoppers under 18 that penalize the overwhelming majority of law-abiding (i.e. white) kids who are there just to hang out with friends and spend their babysitting money.

The language isn’t necessary but aside from that when was the last time anything was decided about a real solution by DISCUSSING the problem?
