I think hoodies should be banned from the market place. No joke! Since the days of street killings in obozo’s days, it’s the way “they” get away with murder - LITERALLY! The same with anything covering a face including bandanas. Ban them or license them!! If they buy a hoodie or bandana, register them.. That’s IF they don’t steal them!

It's December in NYC. Hoodies are essential. The problem isn't what they are wearing. The problem is roaming gangs of feral black children that are allowed to terrorize neighborhoods with impunity.
