Yep. I am about 2/3rds the way through it. I've skipped a few pages here and there. I am guessing I can comprehend about 75% of it. The best analogy a can give is reading the report is like reading a new tech manual for the first time. Hopefully somebody will come out with Horowitz reports for dummies to explain it all..
