Fayette County is famous for two things:
- Gun owners who are good shots (home of Gen. George C. Marshall).
- Druggies who are constantly doing petty crimes to support their filthy habit.
Thus, this kind of stuff is bound to happen. If it had been an experienced adult rather than a teen, the perp might have been taken to the morgue rather than the hospital.
