The "crime" is in the eyes of Congress. It does not have to be something in violation of a statute.

It has to be a legitimate crime already passed by Congress. Plain language of the Constitution. A "Crime" ("High Crimes" or "Misdemeanors" (low crimes). Not an unpleasantness or grudge.

Don't enable the Delusional Lying Dems in their utter hatred of the Constitution which LIMITS their power.
