One of Trump's greatest accomplishments gets least (media) attention...'Energy Independence'.....

"The United States is now -- and I said it and I'll say it all night long -- number one producer of oil and natural gas in the world. And there's nobody even close," said Trump at a "Keep America Great" rally in Hershey, Penn. on Tuesday.

"In the Trump era, America became the big player in the energy world," Varney continued. "Now, that is a '180' from just a few years ago. And we all feel the benefit."

"A strong economy and gas gets cheaper?" observed Varney. "It's not supposed to be like that. But with Trump's policies, we boosted oil production to 12 million barrels a day. That's where cheap gas comes from."......"The average for a gallon of regular is only $2.57 and it's falling. In 10 states, it's under $2.30 a gallon. This is remarkable," h

Additionally, the booming U.S. natural gas industry will deliver significant savings to Americans heating their homes with natural gas this winter, according to Varney.

Varney pointed to the foreign policy benefits of American energy independence...."We don't have to bend the knee to people who are haters like the Iranian mullahs, for example."

The media hates Trump. And us, the United States. Or they hate us and therefore Trump.

They will not provide us with any news that is good for the US

And it is one of the reason our economy is doing so amazingly well. It was utter idiocy that we spent the last 50 years outsourcing our energy production.

Every president since Nixon has been talking about energy independence. Trump did it in less than three years.

300+ Billion a year staying home instead of going to crazies in the ME. Yea that will help the economy.

In the past republicans adopted the strategy of starving the government to keep its size in check. Trump is adopting the strategy of making the economy so prosperous that people don’t need the Government as much.

A more effective and humane approach.

The won’t report anything in a favorable way about Trump....certainly not the amazing advancements he’s brought to the people, and this in a very short time. He juggles a lot but is also great at deligating responsibility to people that ‘work’ for this country as well.

I’v never seen any President accomplish this much good for our country...ever!

There was n reason for outsourcing our energy needs when we had all needed right here....the Dems would rather line the pockets of other world leaders rather than enhance our own people.....and now we know it’s in part because they could hide their corruption and greed to prosper themselves and their kids by investing in energy overseas. They certainly thought and still think they won’t be caught.

The technology called fracking allowed us to open up the Bakken Formation, the Permian Basin and the Marcellus Shale formation to gas and oil extraction. The result: way less dependence on oil from the politically unstable Middle East.

....”Trump is adopting the strategy of making the economy so prosperous that people don’t need the Government as much”....

Yes indeed....he runs this nation like a gigantic business as it should be...finding qualified and dependable people who love this country, will fight for this country, and unafraid of opposition. And while doing so using whatever means posssible for companies to grow and develope even further.

Everybdy benifits when companies are not held back by the constraints of bad regulations...Dum EPA restrictions and the like..

“The result:... way less dependence on oil from the politically ‘unstable’ middle east.”....

Which is a National Security Issue as well....removes their leverage big time.

Yeah you use to hear old Union Dems trot out this line “Better we burn there and save ours”. One of the stupidest line of thinking. Spend billions uisng up their oil then when it no longer valuable we will have a big pile that technology has moved beyond?

It like saying in the 1890s “better we use up all their candle wax 1st so we have ours when they run out”

I watched my hometown fully recover as a result of the energy boom Trump opened up for this country. It’s back to being a beautiful town and everybody there has benifited more than they thought was possible.....and rather than people leaving the population has increased!

It’s truly stunning how Trump does get his messages to the people out there that the media won’t. And ther’s now lots of political sites created that do so as well.
