And just how is the FISA court to take action???
The FISA court is bound by law, and congress makes laws. The FISA judges could start acting like judges, but what would motivate them to do that?
A federal judge - ANY federal judge - can compel US Attorneys, AUSAs, federal agents, etc., to appear and, in a case like this, can order the FBI and DOJ to produce ALL relevant evidence, such as the exculpatory and altered original evidence referred to in the IG report. The judge would hold all involved in contempt and refer them to the US Attorney for prosecution.
Just for the record, I strongly suspect that one or more FISA judges was complicit in this conspiracy. The statement that a judge(s) was involved is a speculative theory; the assertion that a conspiracy occurred is fact.
We need to get rid of them. What the hell were they thinking when this warrant was put before them?. They’re either the dumbest.......... Nevermind, you know what I’m thinking.
