Yes. They will need intel on the inside the most, followed by comms, ammo, meds, and safe sanctuary, maybe smuggling for them.

Good thing about deputizing the citzenry is Title 2 (NFA) guns on LEO ATF Form 10s for everyone! Yippee! (I'll pay for an M240 please, Sheriff).
Supply ammo, food and give sanctuary across state lines where Virginia cannot reach them.
Help arm them and for those who are able-bodied, go to their side and fight with them.
Virginia residents who cannot fight, join the other side and provide useful intel. They will spy on us, we can do the same.
But the key must be to take out the leadership and cut the head of the snake off. Do not get caught up in fighting those sent against the citizenry.

1. Message to the NRA: Get out of VA. It won’t be safe there for long.
2. Message to call GOP/conservative politicians in VA: stay armed and aware of your surroundings at all times, as possible assassination attempts and/or retaliations are possible from your enemies (e.g. antifa).
And with that said...
3. Any public official wishing to pass, enforce, or adjudicate the un-constitution acts should become just that - PUBLIC officials. I’ll let the reader translate what that means.
4. TN, NC, WV, and Appalachia will may need to establish safe spaces, and guidelines on how spaces should conduct themselves.
5. Create a network of those known for and/or experienced with off-the-record emergency medical procedures.
6. VA: start gathering a list of trustworthy interior assets within the Commonwealth for intelligence gathering. Trust must be earned not just by words, but by actions.

Its times like these that leads to warranted conversations such as this. I applaud such threads as opposed to the ‘we’re all gonna die and there’s nothing we can do’ comments. Yes. we’re all gonna die. Die standing up. Die standing for something. Stop waiting and/or predicting the start of CWII. It’s here. It’s been here at least from noon on January 20, 2017. If you accept that fact alone, your thinking on everything else changes.
We all knew this day was coming. Our forefathers knew. Deal with it.
