According to the IG, even though they had a tip line especially for FBI agents, not a single one came forward.

The devil is always in the details. If we were to hear all the details of the tip line it might include:
* only available between the hours of midnight and 1 a.m.
* only staffed by persons who speak Mandarin Chinese or Icelandic
* [please add your own parameters]
I think we can’t trust Horowitz to do anything but cover for his playground buddies
