That - the meanig of the list - was not obvious.

1. No title of any kind. 2, The report speaks of 29 current judges but the list has more than 29 still serving.

That is because the list includes all the senior circuit judges as well. My bad, that I did not pay attention to the distinction. Conversely, I would have left the Senior Circuit judges off the list; they are not germane to the subject of the 29 current Circuit Court judges.

I wanted to separate them, but it would have meant more work with the formatting.

The list is more for the AGES of the judges.

Seniors DO take cases - just not as many. I think their age (and general health) has a bearing on the amount of cases they take, so I wanted an age comparison for myself.

It would be interesting to monitor the number of cases the seniors take per year.
