Horowitz is not dumb so he didn’t have the guts to call it as he had to have seen it. Illegal surveillance but no spying?
The deep state club would kick him out of any future advances in his “career” of putting stucco on the stucc—eees.
He used the surveillance word instead of the spying wowd.
He also clarified the” no political bias found” statement by explainig he found no documentation(emails texts, etc) or through interviews that it occurred...It may exist but his investigation could not find the evidence...There were so many abusse by the FBI he said some were, in his opinion, done in “bad faith” I believe was his term.
His testimony was devastating to the FBI leadership and all who participated.
