It is always easy to say you are for something
Kids will always say they are “for the environment” that is easy to do, just say you are for it, post some environment stuff on facebook, instagram, etc and click like on pro environment stuff you see on line. Easy to do. School teaches you this is a good thing and you are good person if you do this.
However being for the environment is a total different matter. Kids are natural slobs, they trash everywhere and their rooms could be classified as landfills, they still ride in cars, still charge of their iphone, still live in heated/cooled homes, still take 30 minute long showers with hot water, still buy clothes made of nylon, rayon, cotton, etc that are all bad for the environment. So saying and doing are two totally different things. Clicking like on “Global warming is bad” on facebook doesn’t make global warming go away..... They don’t seem to understand that
