In NYC there is a lot of tension as Asians move into new government housing in some parts;

In Britain "Asians" means Muslims, like over here "teens" means nonwhite youthful offenders. Are the Asians in question in the UK mold, or from India, China, etc.?

Seemed to be Chinese; I believe their elected councilman had pulled strings to get them into the units.
