That’s what I suspected; I hadn’t seen a trace of them years ago. I’m surprised they are willing to move into this particular area - it is definitely one of Jersey City’s most dangerous, with little hope of improvement without a mass movement of the permanent underclass. I don’t believe there are PATH stations there (to connect to more vibrant parts of Jersey City, NYC, or even Newark’s downtown), and as the news mentioned yesterday, there IS a Martin Luther King Drive.
No PATH stations, but there is a light rail line (Hudson-Bergen) that has a stop on MLK Dr and goes from Union City (?) down to Bayonne (and they're planning on extending it to Staten Island).
