Stop talking about 'Proving BIAS' - it is a red herring. Bias is a 'thought crime'... we don't need to prove bias or intent. We have no way of proving either one without reading their minds, and proving 'bias' or 'intent' is not a requirement in the law.
What they did was illegal in itself.
