Did Horowitz investigate Strzok’s close relationship with FISA Judge Rudolph Contreras?

Well, somebody should be investigating that pronto. That's a part of all of these FISA warrants that hasn't been pursued. Like, how many FISA warrants and extensions did Contreras approve? Did he approve any? And why did he recuse himself from the Flynn trial? Still too many unanswered questions.
