Barr is smarter than the “average Bear/Barr”, if you’ll excuse the Yoga Bear analogy. He is very deliberate in what he is saying NOW (he does not want to step on Bull Durham’s toes or investigations).
However, in his NBC interview, he put out some slow zingers that legally knowledgeable people knew hit their leftist media and DOJ/FBI targets right in their balls.
PS: I have worked under and/or knew at least 7 U.S. Attorney Generals, from Reno to Barr (I think. I’ve been out on medical leave since early this year). Also knew a couple AAGs/DAAGs of great honesty and integrity.
I think Barr will turn out to be, in the words of “Beatoff O’Rourke”, Kamala Harris, etc., “the one the world has been waiting for”.
He’s slowly extending the “rope” with which the “Deep State” actors will hang themselves.
As my old high school cheer (slightly modified here) went:
“We’ve got the spirit, we’ve got the guts,
we’ve got the Democrats by the nuts. PULL, TEAM, PULL”.
I think Barr will turn out to be, in the words of Beatoff ORourke, Kamala Harris, etc., the one the world has been waiting for.
Hes slowly extending the rope with which the Deep State actors will hang themselves.
Barr has 11 months to get it done. Hope we don’t have wait too long to find out how great he is.
Pretty sure Barr and Durham will step up to the plate because ifs the right thing to do, pretty sure Lindsey will too, if for no other reason than he loves the spotlight
I think one of the biggest challenges that Barr has is insuring that those indicted can be tried by a jury that has a reasonable chance of returning a guilty verdict. The Wash. D.C. area is not the setting that I would choose. Since the entire country is affected by all this, I would argue that citizens from all 50 states should be in the jury pool.
