Joe Biden is promising to not comply if subpoenaed by lawmakers to testify at the impeachment trial of President Donald Trump in the United States Senate.
The former vice president, who had already ruled out voluntarily testifying at the impeachment proceedings, told NPR in an interview published on Monday he would not cooperate with a subpoena.

Can you impeach a Presidential candidate?
I am assuming this will go to the SC, assuming SC will not hear it until October, ‘20, assuming Ruth Bader-Meinhof is daisy fodder, and, I have no idea what Roberts will do, I will guess the SC will be 7-0 to preserve Executive Privilege, after Trump has won re-election, and most of the front runners have been sidelined to not say anything. (After the new year, ‘21, will the House have to resubmit Impeachment?)
Handcuffs and an U.S. Marshall escort will do. Biden, the Dr. Demento of the Obama regime (no offense meant to Dr. Demento, but the name fits his so well I couldn’t pass on it).
