I can see the Judge in the Flynn case throw out the plea and dismiss the charges. It’s apparent the FBI used information gained through “fruits of the poisonous tree” to entrap Flynn. I don’t believe this Judge, going by his past history, is going to sign onto the DOJ’s abuse of the system.
Except the judge threw out all of Sydney Powell’s motions for Brady material and scheduled a date for sentencing in January.
Strange actions...
