Or, more likely, he resembled the actor referred to as “Pornstache”. In the 70’s, a few of my flightline buddies referred to one of our Senior NCO’s as “Echo Foxtrot”... to be honest Echo Foxtrot did look like and act like... Elmer Fudd! It was always good for a few chuckles.
