No, they and everyone know the motive. They’re just not allowed to say it out loud. It’s a little bit like how certain deadly diseased are associated with a particular ‘lifestyle’. Can’t criticize the lifestyle—that would be intolerant. Same thing is going on here. We’ll call it workplace violence.
