The guy would be a train wreck in a debate.
Why doesn’t Obama or someone come out and say, yeah, we sent Biden there to fire the prosecutor?
I'd like to think that, too. He is really fading.
But, I thought the same thing in 2012 when he debated Paul Ryan, and was clearly the winner. Having little to no impulse control, and no shame makes him glib. But, several years of decline make him gaffe-prone.
